Hey everyone,

I and a number of other users over at Widescreen Forums are having an issue with a column of white dots appearing when running the game in super-widescreen resolutions. Take a look at the screenshot below:

From some of the poking and prodding the guys over on WF have done, it seems like this column of dots is part of the interface. Is there any way to remove this column?

Thanks.
I wonder if it's the same thing I am seeing at 1920x1080, but in a different location because of the fov used in surround gaming. Take a look at http://www.gog.com/en/forum/the_witcher_2/white_artifacts_at_edge_of_screen. No solution yet, probably will require a patch.
I use to have this with my Radeon 4870 for some unresolved reason, just appeared one day after swapping the slots around, thought I blew up the card and it was an indication of a video card's memory failing so I bought a Nividia 5870 ..its an OK card, miss some of the options from the Radeon BUT the Witcher_1 cutscenes don't have any weird horizontal distortions!!
Just an observation; if anyone has any ideas for me so I can redeem the 4870 for my alt computer, I would appreciate it?
Definitely don't think this is a graphics card issue. I've tested a ton of other games on my GTX 590 with the latest drivers, and this is the only one I have a problem with.
