On chap 2, Ioverth's path
Got to the part where i gone throug the mist to 'visit" henselt's side
Found a kinda secret path near blue stripes and the whorehouse's camp which leads to a hidden beach with some kind of burned monument that has some bread, milk, candle, .. around
when interect with the milk, candle,... geralt says "who cares enough to bring all these things here ?"
Figure that's part of quest from roche's side
The problem is there is also a piece of paper on the ground THAT CANT BE READ
That touches my curiousity

Can anyone tell me more about this place?

It's from a quest on the Roche path, it's where the Sorceress was burned at the stake.
Oki some spoilers for you..

it's the place where, at King Henselts order, the execution of Sabrina Glessevig took Place, after she kinda melted everyone on the battlefield 3 years ago with her magic.. which became the misty field thing.

You'll learn about why people bring offerings to the site when you play the other side of act 2, as you suspected.

*MAJOR SPOILERS*

When you play the Roche line you'll learn that this is where Henselt had the sorceress - who casted that horrible firestorm and the curse - burned.

What;s on the paper on the ground ?
Some people believe that Sabrina can bring luck, the note is basically asking for her blessing to protect the person who wrote it.
