After playing the Witcher 2 again i noticed i can't save any of my games anymore. Not even my quicksave will show up ingame. When looking into the save folder i noticed every save file is just 1kb no mater if i continue from older save files/frein user files or starting a cmpletely new game.

I tried redownloading the game (i don't use steam so it isn't the cloud save issue)
granting every user access on the document folder etc.
