Everytime I try to load the game up it will start up perfectly fine. Then I get to the start menu, click new game, yep still no problem. Then once it gets into the first cut scene about 30 seconds in the graphics start to glitch out and then black screen and I have to restart my computer. Its really starting to frustrate me.
My Specs are :
Intel Core i3 3.3ghz processor.
4GB of Ram
Geforce GTS 450 graphics card (fully updated)

I know they easily beat the minimum requirements. I've tried it on Low settings, on high settings. Also tried changing resolution. Running out of ideas.

Need help please guys :(.

Is the latest patch (1.2) installed? It solves many crash issues.
Yeah all up to date.
Try monitoring your graphics card's temperatures using MSI Afterburner (or any other tool of your choice) while playing the game. Let us know the results.

The official site's FAQ gives this solution to crashes to desktop when using a 32-bit-OS:
Make sure to run cmd with admin privileges.

1) Proceed to start -> run and type: cmd
2) In opened window type command: bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072
3) Restart PC

40°C is fine. Try the command line thingy I edited in my post above (if you're using a 32-bit-OS!).

Otherwise, you could check if your RAM is in good condition. If you have Windows 7, enter "mdsched" in the start->search field and run the diagnostics. To check your RAM with another OS, use Memtest86+.
My Pc is pretty much brand new so I doubt there is any problem with the Ram. I'm using a 64 bit windows 7 OS. Heard something about 3D drviers having an affect on it.
New does not automatically exclude your PC from faults. Especially if you built it yourself, stupid things can occur like ESDing a piece of hardware because you wore wool socks and no ESD protection.

Of course this also does not mean it is a hardware issue necessarily. Have you installed the game multiple times? It could be a registry issue. It could be a lot of things at this point. Considering the problem occurs at the first cut scene, I would guess that there is something wrong with the GPU and/or Drivers. Are you using 3D Vision? I heard there are issues with that still.
The PC was custom built but by a company. The graphics card is 3D, but i'm not using it in the game but the drivers are installed on my computer. I don't know if they're affecting it :/.

Try uninstalling them. If you're not using 3D, you don't need it anyway. There have been issues with 3D Vision drivers, so it's definitely worth a try.

Bad RAM come off the line all the time.

That said, reinstall the latest Nvidia driver, without 3D.

Edit: Aden and Cad got this better than me. I'm out. Good luck!

Start->Control Panel->Uninstall Program

Look for NVIDIA 3D Vision ... (should be two entries) and uninstall them (using the button on top ;p).
Figured out how to get the 3d off fingers crossed it works :)
