When i launch the game i see the wolf icon.
But nothing happens. Still after hours only the wolf icon is
visible but the game wont start.
Can anyhone help me, is this a known bug?

I don't think this game like anything over 6 cores. I limited the cores in Windows and restarted. This game was not built for multicore setup. I hope CDPR remaster this to to bring the game up to modern.
