This is insane. Downloaded it today. Installed it today. Will not run through Shortcut or *.exe file, even as Administrator.
Have seen prior mentions, but no definitive solution. Downloaded and installed the Hotfix from CE Red; did not change a thing.
Currently playing Skyrim and Witcher 1 without problems.
Is there a solution for this extremely frustrating situation?
