With this book, its giving me false information.

Velen: 2
Novigrad: 6
White Orchard: 1
Royal Palace in Vizima: 1
Kaet Morhen: 1
Number of cards which can still be won: 34

I just got done winning a couple of cards and buying a couple of them in Velen. None of the numbers have changed.
I went back to an earlier save, and its showing the same numbers.
All DLC and Expansions installed.
