Today I downloaded The Witcher 3 game and all DLC for this game from GOG site manually. After installing game and all DLC I'd launched game (for test) - all work correctly.

After that I import folder with game to GOG Galaxy.
GOG Galaxy client started downloading update.

When I started game again I couldn't load any save game because any DLS is missing.

Result:
GOG Galaxy client import only game, but not DLC. Moreover it delete any DLC.

I don't really know how the import works, but at this point you should install all dlcs from the client too.
Click on MORE and on CONFIGURE and then select the DLCs (it will only install them 1 at a time).

I know, I already did it (however, it is less convenient than simply import the game with all DLC).

However, it is a GOG Galaxy bug and I thought it's useful to report about it.
