The game crashes after 1.07 patch when I Alt-Tab to the desktop. Anyone else?

Maybe you shouldn't Alt-Tab to the Desktop. It's a surefire way to glitch up your game.

If you insist on using ALT+TAB, then also use Borderless Window mode for the game.
