Basically when I activate it in my journal there is no marker and I looked up where it's suppose to be figuring maybe it's just a bug with putting the path on your map but nope when I get to where I'm suppose to meet the guys son there is nobody there. Did it bug out or is there an issue with the latest patch concerning this quest?

I would say it's a bug from 1.07 patch.
