I've managed to get Yennefer to the docks for Last Wish and got the prompt to talk to Yennefer, but I had another quest there so went off and did that. Now when I've come back I can't talk to Yennefer, I only get the generic "Yes?" and one about being almost at the docks despite the quest prompt. I imagine a scene should trigger or something but nothing will happen.

Anyone else had this or have a solution?

Yeah,it's a bit tricky and maybe doing the other quest has somehow broken it.Best advise
is save before starting any quests.You could try saving another save and then reload it,
at that spot as sometimes that helps.

Sadly that won't exactly be practical for me since it's been about 10-15 hours since I was at that point. Thank you for the help.

And...that's it seemed to have fixed itself after reloading my save I made after discovering the bug. Reloaded it 5 times (first 4 times nothing changed) to see if anything would change and now Yen has moved and it seems to have worked. No idea what on earth triggered it but not complaining.
