Has anyone else run into this error during install? Keeps stalling out about a minute in.

I'm installing recently downloaded files, so all 1.06 parts. If it makes a difference, I have a version of the game installed in another folder; I want to test something on an absolutely clean install.

It means your files are corrupted, you will need to download them again.
