My game crashes alot but most of the time it is during cutscenes. I have sent numerous tickets to support they won't even answer me! I am unable to play at all some help!!

First thing,every time you send a request to support it overrides previous request so
consider your last request as first.
Post your PC specs.

These are my specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50 GHz
Ram: 12.0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

Specs are fine.
Are you playing via Galaxy?
Have you tried to play game without Galaxy?

Works for a little while then it will minimize and won't come back up but I can still hear it.

Common problem. Try switching game to fullscreen, and turn framerate to unlimited. V-sync on\off (works the same for me)
I've got the same problem from the very begining, nothing helps. I can run the game for 15min or for 3h ... time to time

Yeah,that helps but it's a long way from solving it. Just out of interest,what else runs in back ground on PC?
What other processors are being used at the same time?

Have the same problem here. It started happening after installing a new nVidia driver.
I disabled the Galaxy and I hope this will solve the problem. If this does not help, I will try to disable the Shadow Play and Nvidia Experience, and after that reset 3D settings of my card. In the most extreme case, I will install an older version of the drivers.

But all of this is very annoying.

my game kept crashing in cutscences within fullscreen/borderless, 30 - unlimited fps, any changes to graphic (low-ultra).

I'm not yet 100% sure this solves the problem, but my game didn't crashed so far...after a couple of hours.

I did this:

1) Right-click on your GalaxyClient folder -> properties -> security -> make sure every entry (group/user) got full access
2) do the same for your GOG Games & The Witcher Wild Hunt folder if possible.

My specs:
win 7, 64
i7-2600k
hd 7870

I have lots of processes running

No Galaxy client on my side = No problems of any description. I think it is a Galaxy related issue since the application is still in beta. Was it released? No idea...anyhow...no Galaxy and no issues :P

definitely not a galaxy issue, since i ran the game completely w/o galaxy on my computer and still had the crashes.

You don't need CC running all the time.Otherwise it's not too bad.
Are all drivers up to date?
This is still buggy (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970) as it was rushed out for W3.I did get a new driver
update today and maybe they have improved it.
Use task manager to kill game when it's still running or alt and F4.
Unfortunatly the game is still very buggy as you can see by the forum,I play fairly easy
and never actually up dated game past 1.02.Maybe that's a solution until it's fixed properly.
And I don't use Galaxy.

If you dont use Galaxy how do you play the free dlc?

DLC could be downloaded directly from GOG and install like any other soft. Galaxy is not needed.
