Hi everyone!

I'm French so I'm sorry for my bad English...

I have a problem with the downloading of the Witcher 3. I tried first with GoG.com and my computer told me that some files were damaged. I read that I had to download it with Gog Galaxy. So I dowloaded GoG Galaxy and I tried to download the witcher but then it told me: Downloading failed: Disk access error.

The thing is I have enough space on my computer to download the game, so I totally don't understand what is going on. If someone could help me clearly cause I'm so deseperate... I have read so many things about it and now I'm lost, I don't know what I have to do...

During you first try, did you use a GOG account, did you download with the GOG downloader?
Damaged files from a download - happens not exactly frequently, I would try another (second) download from your GOG account without using (or even mentioning) Galaxy.

I did, I created an account on GoG and I entered the Code of my game. Then I've downloaded all the different files to install the game on my computer.
What you said is: I try to download once again the files that are damaged, right ?

Exactly.
Downloaded files can get crippled sometimes, so even if he procedure of a second download will take some time, there is the chance that this will happen not each time.

Not touching Galaxy - why, the software is not stable, just look at the many Galaxy related bug posts in the forum ...

If the files get damaged again try to download them with the GOG-Downloader (https://www.gog.com/downloader).
