SoullessHunter: No, it's not overhearting! CPU and GPU temperature are like it should be, while I play games.
Take a VERY close look. GPU and CPU are prone to localized overheating, meaning you don't necessarily recognise it by the overall temperature of your rig. Otherwise clean up your hard disk and make room (at least 20+ GB free storage space) on your C-Drive or whereever you've put your OS,

Also, listen to ignisferroque. He/she is right! bigger world plus more objects and animations means higher hardwaredemands.

And a general plea to SoullessHunter and Ayshiway:
please squabble in a private chat and not an official forum. I rec Skype or MSN or even facebook if you like the public eye so much.

You try to help a man that for 3 pages want to prove that his PC is absolutely fine, moreover dont want even post his PC specs for more indepth look + he already said that he dont need any help, because he didnt ask for it :)

Dont feed troll please, he just want to throw shit into working fan.

And i already tried to add this gentleman to my friendlist, but looks like he ignore my invite. I am so dissapointed.
Do the usual run of checking every driver you can think of is updated and verify/repair the files through gog-galaxy. If that doesn't help it run it in lower settings (if possible) and then report back if that helped or not. You may also have a corrupt save and that would suck but you'll may have to load further back. But try this things first and then check it out.

Says fake IT-technicain Ayshiway, who more than once said it can't be game's fault! xD It's funny that you say: "don't feed the troll to him" when you have sent friend request to me and trolled in my post that it's not game's fault , it can be only my PC's fault and cried that I'm not giving good feedback about this game.

I cleaned dust out of my PC, free space on hard disk drive should be more than enough, it's about 30+ GB free storage space on all HDD.

Yeah, I know he/she is right, but there shouldn't be problems with places like Crow's Perch, because there aren't so many people and houses like in Novigrad.

I didn't begun this fight. If someboy loves the game, doesn't have problems with it, then I'm happy and I won't cry if somebody will buy this game anyway, but it seems that Ayshiway has some problems when people like me are not giving good feedback about it. You're right! This fight should continue in privacy, not in public.

Already done everything you said, but the problem is still there.

Ok because I had the same problem just like you, it's freeze shortly after I start (it seem to prefer to occur when a fight start but not always). The sounds lingers on but the screen freeze and then go black.

I didn't use to have this problem before as well. I suspect it has something to do with the latest expansion B&W. But I can't pin point what exactly. Most likely they tweaked the graphics are/or physics and that shifted something. But It hasn't happened again after I verify/repair the files (therefore I suggested it in the first place).

A thing you could try is to actually raise the graphics in the game. Just to see what happens, sometimes having lower graphic settings then what your computer is capable off can be a detriment to the game performance. Or start a game, let it crash, verify the files, wait for that to finish no matter how long it takes, and then restart the game.

Another thing you could try is to start an new game and see if the problem is still around.

Keep us posted! I'll return if I find anything out that can help you.

Ahaha, funny how you fight with people at first, crying "Its not my or PC fault, CDPR steal my money, didnt asked for help, it's just suggestion-topic, bla bla bla" and after few days... voila! You actually accept help attempts :] You even trying to fix your prehistoric PC. Looks like big progress in this thread. Good job with anger management, looks like parents sent you to good psychologist.

And i dont see any posts from anyone here, who say that "stop critique our fav game!!11!111". If there is one - quote it please, cuz you already told that we are fanboys here for at least 10 times i think. The only thing i said - it's not game's fault that your PC cant handle it well.

I did everything to make sure it's not my PC's fault before I write this suggestion, because it would be very unwise to write such suggestion without checking my PC! That's why I'm not asking for help! And no, it's not my PC's fault! Everything people have suggested me to do so far is already done before I wrote this topic! Doesn't matter which CPU my PC has, the old Intel Pentium G2020 or that Intel Core i5-2500k, the issue is the same. My PC's RAM is 8 GB, which is more than game needs. Okay, I admit it I wasn't grateful, when people tried to help me, but it's because they always try to help me when I don't ask for help!

Ok Ayshiway I didn't read what has happened between you and SoullessHunter because to me it all seem to have clogged down into name calling and that is to no benefit for anyone. So please be constructive.

And SoullessHunter seem to have the same problem I have/had. And even though my computer has a few years on it, it's not by far a old computer. I don't SoullessHunter specs are but mine are:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz,
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8,00 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti

I can handle Witcher 3 fairly well I can guarantee. I'm thinking maybe it's something with my graphic card but I haven't had the crash since I verify the files. Not about to poke around if not necessary. Maybe all I needed to do was verify the files and that was that. We'll see what we can do to SoullessHunter's problem.
