I bought the game 2 weeks ago. ill tell u my System information.then please tell me wheres the problem?because I have many Lags.
All setting are on LOW.all graphic features are OFF.no blur no depth on field nothing.nothing.everything in LOW 

my system: 
CPU: 2.4GHz 
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 630 2Gb 
RAM: 8Gb 
Space: a lot 

I played Advanced warfare without any lags.i played GTA V without any lags. Yes I know witcher is Heavy..but how much heavy? im running on LOW.all features are OFF. still LAG!!!! I even updated the game to 1.06...no changes!!! Plz help me
its painfull that I cant run it well on such a PC

I can't find a GTX 630 so I guess you meant a GT 630. Both your CPU (more information would have been good but 2,4 GHz is not enough) and graphic card doesn't fit the minium what is required to play the game.

You need minimum: Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3,3 GHz or AMD CPU Phenom II X4 940 and
Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 or AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870

Your system is really pretty dated and on the lower end, even for the time you´ve bought it.
There is some low graphics mod on nexus ( http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/247/? ) but consider upgrading sooner or later if you want to continue having fun playing games on PC.

But when I read comments before there was a lot of PCs lower than mine that others said but moderators said u can play it on best resolution and setting.
...anyway.is my PC low for this!??? Im a gamer!I play alot of games! But this one is annoying. And u know,every one who played COD advanced warfare knows that the Graphics it has is much better than Witcher3.
the whole problem is the graphic engine of witcher and careless creating of the game!
Many movement on screen.many processing in a second. This turns the game into a heavy one. Even for all setting to be Enabled u need a TITAN video graphic! I mean Nvidia hair works. They shouldnt have do that.
any way.ill be happy if someone tell me is there any Crack? Or A way to get the lags fixed.

It`s easy. Your PC is to weak for Witcher 3. What should I say more. You said:

Rank 168! Sure, Futuremark isn´t "the" way to have a decent ingame comparison but you get the idea, i guess.
TW3 is made for actual cards. Not cards that came out 2012 and were on the lowest end even then.

Besides using the ultra low thing i posted above, there isn´t really anything you can do, sorry.
