Yeah I started playing this game again after 2 yrs but there are so many bugs how to fix this?
(some ships are not accessible, some huts are just blocked by diamond like objects notably the hut where crone ladies gives you a dagger as a main quest blocked by some objects)

It's not a bug. Your installation is corrupt. Uninstall and reinstall, or if you use Galaxy, verify/repair your installation.
