I've tried redownloading the patch manually from GOC.com three times. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

It might be a problem with file access rights. Try running the patch explicitly as administrator, by right-clicking it and using the "run as an administrator" option.
Or maybe you already applied the patch and it can't be applied a second time.

Thanks for the reply. I tried running the patch as administrator and unfortunately got the same results. I don't think that I could have applied the patch already because when I try to launch the game, it says: "Thank you for installing the pre-downloaded version...all you need to do now is download and install the last small piece of the game which becomes available upon the games release"

I had the same problem, earlier ,with the english patch, but as i've downloaded too the french version of the patch , i 've used it and it was worked fine..I could play the game after.(I've installed the game without Galaxy ).
