So, game was running flawlessly for me, after this patch Geralds movement is very jerky when walking (low FPS?) not really sure, but I dont notice any difference between the new movement and old. Anyone else noticing a performance drop?

Noticed a drop about 2-4 fps, but that's about it. Not sure if it warrants a jerky movement though, and personally i don't have it.

I haven't noticed any performance drops yet. Are you sure you're using the same graphical settings as before? Because the patch seems to reset all the settings.

Do you have hairwork enabled?
There are 2 new slider settings for that. Maybe they are set too high for your specs.

After a couple time starting game and exiting everyting seems fine now.
