Well, after you beat the game and decide to start the plus new run... You get to choose again before starting it, save file from 2, or in-game emulation of it through good general dialogue lines in Vizima? Or this phase is totally skipped this time round?

I was itching to try the other options, since the game now will be run through a second time. Like having Letho, Sile and Aryan live, as well as having left Flotsam with Iorveth. Is this possible, at all?
