When first started playing, I was going everywhere and fighting bad guys and monsters. Sometimes in the wilderness, a quest would pop up if I was in the area.
Like now, I'm doing the quest "Ghosts of the Past" but I already did that one earlier in the game. Not complaining but making an observation.
This makes the second different quest that has repeated itself.

Maybe you didn't totally complete the quest. (On many small quests, they don't complete until you return to the quest-giver) Check your completed quest list to see if it's there

I went to my save prior to starting the Ghosts of the Past (the first time playing it), loaded it and checked in my quest journal to make sure this quest was not there.
The area I was in there was a small town or village unmarked and decided to investigate it and a barn was there .Then I went to the barn and as soon as I walked thru the door, I was given the Quest and everything was coming up normally like quest stuff normally does.
Loaded up another save after completion of the quest, I checked and it said the Quest was Completed in my quest journal.

And now I was given the Quest a second time and the journal says its not completed whereas before it was. Each time I complete something in this quest now, I only get "1" in experience points. Maybe patch 1.08 resetted some stuff.
