So as of an hour ago, whenever I try to load my game I either: freeze at the end of the opening cut scene or I get past the cutscene and I make it to the loading screen and my game crashes. I've got around 2 days (48 hours) invested in the game, I can't afford to uninstall and reinstall. Pls help,

Similar problem,after patch 1.06-when fast travel from Velen < >White Orchid loading,freeze and crash to desktop.Sometimes it happens in the White Orchid fast travels.Before the patch i have no problems at all with that.

I have the same problem. My last save is v.1.0.5, but after update game to v.1.0.6 , when i load this save - loading became infinite.

In other post - resolve this issue : re-install and repatching the game.
