This quest seems to be broken. When I go with Triss to the special location nothing happens.

Mine reactivated after I had finished them early on. I even made sure I didn't rebuy those statues in novigrad. They became active again after the hydromancy w/triss @ passiflora fountian. < sorry if that is any sort of a spoiler.
