There is a trophy symbol in gog galaxy which has 29% next to it?
what does this 29% refer to
I am worried that it means i am only 29% complete, because i finished the main game and did every single sidequest i could find)

29% means that you have unlocked 29% of the achievements of Witcher 3. The number is so low because most of the time achievements were bugged and didn't unlock.
And I read here that achievements are bugged again with latest patch 1.08.2.
