For me, it is:

-Disable storybook videos and intro mod
-Skip cutscenes autohotkey (makes CTRL behave like turbo spacebar)
-Debug Console Enabler (for experimentation)
-autoapply oils
-autogathering mod for herbs only

Now if only there was a way to disable the white messages that appear at the bottom left when I pick a herb or fight an enemy I don't have oil for.
