Spoiler alert. Final end of game questions. Please do not read if you have not finished Witcher 2!

I played Witcher 2 a while back, and as I recall, I did the following:

Spared Aryan, sided with Roched, Rescued Anaisas, Gave Anaisas to Natalias, Saved Sile (by mistake. I thought it was a QTE and spared her), let the draqgon live, and let Letho walk.

With that ending....what happened to Ioverth and Zoltan? I thought there was a cutscene where they were hung. Is that right? Or how about Triss? Letho saved Triss, and she never really said much at the end. Nor did Roche. And what ever happened to Ves? She gets sent to a boat, and never reappeared.

Does Witcher 3 incorporate these decisions into the game, or are they left to the user's imagination?

No spoilers please (if possible). Just wondeirng what happens, as in part, I felt some were unanswered, or I am just not remembering.

Looking forward to the Witcher 3. Should start playing in a few weeks!
Yes, they can matter, assuming you don't miss the outcomes by making other discisions.
Most of those decisions have some impact, some more than others. A few characters will show up during quests, others will make passing mention of your decisions. One character is completely forgotten about, a few of the others are a small portion of the main quest.

Iorvth and Zoltan are both alive at the end of Witcher 2. Not hung. Triss went with you at the end of Witcher 2. We don't know what happened to Ves at the end of Witcher 2, last you saw of her she was alive. Roche is alive at end of Witcher 2.

Some of those decisions are incorporated, some are not.

I've played Witcher 2 like 5 times since 2011 and I haven't seen this cutscene you speak of once. Iorveth is def alive and so is Zoltan.
You even meet Iorveth close to the end of the game, even if you are on the Roche path. Don't know how you missed that.

What about Triss? She survives Loch Muine. She walks out with you at the end.

Roche and Ves are both fine.

If you're talking about the cutscene at the very end where Dandelion is talking about what happened after the game ends, the dwarves getting hanged in Vergen are Cecil and Skalen Burdon, and I'm not sure who the elf is but it's not Iorveth.

It is very possible, and I do not doubt you, I just do not remember doing so.

YES! Thank you!! The dwarf looked like Zoltan, and I could not figure out what was going on. Thanks!
