Have searched thru all my files for this game but can't find manual and the other "goodies" mentioned as being included. Can someone tell me if the manual is indeed included and if so, where is it?

There are gigabytes of extras in the GOTY. Log in to your web account (gog.com, NOT Galaxy) and check the 'Goodies'.
