You do not need to play it from GOG galaxy. There should be a shortcut on your desktop if you have already installed it. If there is not, go to your install folder and run the application file. The application file should be within your Witcher 3 folder with this file path: \The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64. The file name is "witcher3" and falls under the application file type. Alternatively, you can go to your Witcher 3 folder and do a search for "witcher3".

I down loaded the game, and the patches, when I get on the gog site, it has the game installed and in library where the play button is to launch game, I can not click on it, if I double click on it it does nothing.

Yes, it should be there. Just find the GOG game directory then the Witcher 3 game, then "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt" shortcut.

From Best Buy? Do you mean when you view it in GOG Galaxy? Have you applied patch 1.02? You MUST install patch 1.02 to enable the game.
