Anyone else having issues picking it up from the ground at the start of the game? It doesn't even show up highlighted in yellow when using Witcher sense. I'm on New Game Plus btw.

I've played Witcher 3 many times, but never encountered this problem
Even with the latest patch, and new game +

First time when I played, I forgot to pick up the skull
It didn't change anything major in the game, maybe some exp will be missed

It could be required to romance Yen, but nothing else

I did not encounter that problem either, But the scull only gives you some extra dialogue with yen. She doesn't even want it back. ^^
