One of my favourite games ever. It’s a true classic. I remember I played it when I was in primary school. Bring back a lot of memories. It would be nice to play it again on GOG.

This game, developed by Blizzard and published by Interplay (who knew!?) has been one of my most beloved platforming games, right after Prince of Persia and Flashback. The sound (back then experienced on SoundBlaster AWE32), the smooth animations, the extremely cool moves, weapons and humor shown by the characters - this game is one I played and replayed over and over. A true hidden gem in my opinion, try it and I bet you'll love it, just like me :-)

OMG, the time i spent playing Blackthrone... Just after watching the intro i was hooked. It sort of reminded me of games like Another World or Flashback but it just had its own unique style and climate that made all the difference.

There are few proper descriptions for how much of a bad mother this protagonist is. This would have been an amazing and very fitting 80's movie. A muscular guy with shades, long black hair, a white tank top, torn up blue jeans, and a shotgun. Blasting his way through these monster slavers to save his kingdom on another world. Peak awesome!

Ohh yeah Blackthrone. But funny here in my Country it was named Blackhawk, i dont know why but the Game is actually the same. I've often borrowed that Game over the Weekend from my local Videostore. Get it on Friday and give it back on Monday but pay only for two Days. Best Deal ever. So i've played that Game alot without owning it by myself. I can remember that Blizzard was giving this Game for awhile for free on PC, but that Deal is gone very long ago. I guess it was so 2005 / 2010 around? Cannot remember anymore about the Date but i know Blizzard had offered that Game for awhile. And yes i wish i could have it on my PC this Time and if not GOG can make it possible, who else than? Im keep on wishing to can play this Game someday again and of course owning it finally by myself.
ohmygosh, i totally love blackthorne!!! i used to play this game at the lunch time when i worked in a architectural office...great times exploding creatures...i barely can wait to play it again...
Those games also need your vote!

Final Fantasy III
Final Fantasy IIIFinal Fantasy III is the third FF game for the Famicom. The turn-based battle engine has been improved: if the enemy is defeated, the next character will automatically switch to another enemy, and not hit the air, like in the previous two games. The game itself is, like the previous games, a top-down RPG where your characters travel in the overworld, sometimes entering cities and dungeons to buy equipment, rest and fight random encounters and bosses with turn-based combat. Final Fantasy III also introduces various series staples, such as the Job system and the Moogle species.

Final Fantasy VI
Final Fantasy VIFinal Fantasy VI first debuted in 1994 as the sixth instalment in the iconic Final Fantasy series. Innovations included the ability to play all the main characters as the game's protagonist, and to this day, its epic story intertwining each of their fates is still highly rated and wildly popular. With plenty of abilities available and the magicite system for controlling spells/summoning, players can develop their characters any way they want. This was also the first Final Fantasy game to include the Ultima Weapon, the most powerful sword of all and a recurring item in subsequent titles within the series.
