If you wnat this game to play the levels ... go and get Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga, that's a more enhanced version of the game. This one would be a nice to have for preservation. The first version released on CD had a bad installer - or better: some genius renamed the CD for release without testing and the installer would not detect it. Lots of parents brought the game back to Walmart (or wherever). You had to downlaod a installer from the LucasArts ftp server that would recognize the CD name. If you want, you can import savegames from Lego Star Wars 1, that unlock all the characters you have in that game. This gives you access to vehicles and abilities early. The Complete Saga is teh better version of the game, but it misses the hub and some unlockables.

Just a good fun game. Yes, there are "better" versions but each game release has its own traits. And I personally like this ones. I played this a bit when its first came out, but really played it a lot during COVID shutdowns. It took ages to get working and always felt like it could fall over at any time. It'd be nice to have GOG give it the love it deserves.

Onimusha 3: Demon Siege
Onimusha 3: Demon SiegeOnimusha 3 is the third game of the Onimusha series. The game retains elements from previous games in the franchise including the use of multiple special weapons in order to fight enemies and absorb their energy to enhance the weaponry. This time the player primarily controls both Samanosuke and Jacques in separate scenarios. The two are able to exchange items in order to solve puzzles. The development from this game started after the release of the PlayStation 2 which allowed the team to work on a 3D engine to design 3D backgrounds. In order to appeal to the Western market, the team set this game in Paris and chose French actor Jean Reno to portray Jacques. Onimusha 3 has been generally well received by publications for video games. Most of the writer's praise focused on the improved controls and the use of a 3D engine that allowed better combat and visuals, respectively. The game also generated good sales with over 1.5 million copies sold as of May 2008.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed KingDragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King is the eighth installment in the Dragon Quest series, developed by Level-5 and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 2 video game console. It was also later released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2015. It is a traditional Japanese-style role-playing game with random enemy encounters, simple turn-based combat mechanics, and management of a party consisting of four characters, each belonging to a clearly defined class. Unlike its predecessors in the series and most Japanese RPGs in general, the game features a continuous world with fairly vast landscapes and integrated towns and dungeons, as opposed to world map traveling and locations represented by icons. The game features full camera rotation and optional first-person view. Like in the previous Dragon Quest games, many objects can be interacted with; for example, barrels can be physically lifted, carried, and broken, to reveal items hidden within.
