One of the games you got when you bought a Computer Bild Spiele back in the early 2000's. I loved to play it as a teen, but never got the chance to play it again, because i lost the cd und couldn't find any version online :( The graphics and game mechanics were pretty simple but watching your citys thrive was wonderful to watch.
