I have great memories of this game . The Oregon Trail third edition is the best in the series in my opinion. planning out what supplies to bring on the trip at the beginning of the game sets the tone. The VMF scenes are fun and the music is pleasant. The mini games like hunting and fishing were actually fun and we’re looked forward to. but be careful how you shoot the skunk you could get sprayed and end your food gathering trip!!
While I was familiar with the series outside of this one from playing at a friend's and school, this was the edition my family had when my parents purchased a slew of edutainment games with our first family computer. The community theater acting in this one is a real blast, and I have so many fond memories of spending hours try my damndest to make it to Oregon with the folks I grew attached with. Great game.
This was one of the first games that I got as a kid. I remember picking it out based on the box art, taking it home, and being completely engrossed in the manual and FMV characters. There is a lot of nostalgia here.
I still have my disks but sadly modern windows cannot seem to run them. Maybe one day I'll install Linux and try to setup a windows 98 emulator to play them again :)
RandomiceA procedural Metroid-like with no fights, focused on exploration and route-planning, in which you play a mouse trying to escape from an ever-changing house.
Each run is a compact Metroid-like experience, in which you will find upgrades to explore the house differently each time. From a magnetic grapple to reach a metallic faucet, to a rideable rocket that can burst through the glass blocking the way, you will find many upgrades, each with its own uses.
You must adapt to the tools in your possession to determine where you can go, the thrill of the game coming both from the platforming mastery, but also from the mental mapping of where you can go in the house at any given time. When you obtain a new item, you need to update this mental map to determine the best possibilities, optimize your path, and decide where to go next to maximize the chances to exit quickly.
The ability to follow an efficient path is important during races, in which all the competing players will have the same game configuration and must exit the house as fast as they can. But the game is also designed to be enjoyed solo and slowly, thanks to a single-player progression that lets each player discover the challenges at their own pace.New

Adol is travelling through new lands, in search of more adventure, when he hears of the vanished desert city of Kefin. He sets off to investigate this ancient city's disappearance.
The RPG-style statistical elements and the overhead view of most of the previous games are retained in Ys V. As in Ys III, there is no auto-attack; the player must press a button to swing Adol's sword. Adol is also given the ability to jump and defend with his shield. Driver: San FranciscoThe game takes place a few months after the events of Driv3r. It is revealed that both Tanner and Jericho survived the shootout in Istanbul. Jericho is shown being transported in the back of a prison truck, but manages to escape with a vial of acid hidden within his mouth. He overpowers the guards, and hijacks the truck. Tanner and Tobias witness this from Tanner's car, pursuing Jericho as he causes havoc on the streets of the city. Tanner ends up in front of Jericho in an alleyway, and gets pushed in front of a tractor trailer. A hard crash occurs, putting him into a coma.
