Any suggestions for an old adventure/interactive game?

- Not Point-And-Click
- 3rd Person View
- Puzzles (not necessarily)

Games I've already played: Fahrenheit, Dreamfall Series, Omikron, Broken Sword 3,4 (It was an point-and-click game but could also be played with a keyboard.)

Strijkbout: Anachronox?
I heard about this game but never played it. All I know it's very similar to Omikron.
Could you give me some info?

those are 3rd person. :P I was referring to the actual action. They both have fighting/puzzles but I can't remember the exact ration.

It's not the kind of game I'm looking for. But thanks anyway. :)
Edit: Heretic II maybe is.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. :D
Have you played the old Alone in the Darks?

gorgus1: - Not Point-And-Click

King's Quest *
Space Quest *
Leisure Suit Larry *
Police Quest *
Quest for Glory *
The Colonel's Bequest

* = only first games in each series, and not remakes, as those are point-and-clicks

Grim Fandango **
Escape from Monkey Island

** = original, not remake

But if you really want to explore things, you tweak with accessibility settings on your computer, and turn (for instance) numpad into mouse controls, and almost every point-and-click ever made is playable with keyboard, not perhaps in the most user-friendly way, but still doable.

First ones are 4/16-bit color games which i'm not interested at all, I installed Grim Fandango but I still haven't played it. Escape from Monkey Island It looks like a good game.

Anachronox is quite unique and not like Omikron (which is also quite unique).
Anachronox was somewhat inspired, I believe, from games like Final Fantasy and Chrono Cross/Trigger, only without the typical Japanese style of fantasy and a lot more humor thrown in.

I also recommend Messiah and Project Eden.

I mean the graphics are a bit like Omikron.

Thanks! I'll take a look.

You should be playing Space Quest, they're great games and fit the criteria. Anyway, Escape From Monkey Island is NOT good, in fact you could play all the others but NOT that piece of shite.
I think most Telltale adventure games would fit the description. Even those that are mouse-compatible are usually built around another control system.

And then there's the weird side-scrolling ones à la Cat Lady.

And Deadly Premonition ? Haven't played it because of the control scheme. Which is a good sign, I guess ?

These ones. They fill your requirements nicely.

I don't know about the post-2000 ones, other than the latest one from 2015 sucks real bad.
