Dejavous: Shatner chilled out on the over acting quite alot from ST days to then, your not quite sure if the act that Denny has is real or if he's trying to make people think he's a dimentia paitient..
Breja: I honestly think Shatner's Star Trek acting is too often unfairly maligned. When the situation called for it, like in The City on The Edge of Forever, he showed real acting chops.

Andersonville Trial. I very much recommend it, if you can find it anywhere.
I agree. One of my personal favourites is when he played the evil version of himself when there was a malfunction with the teleporter in season one of the original series. He's a complete legend to me - I love watching him in anything but in Boston Legal he was amazing. "Denny Crane". Now there is the best one liner right there.
