The match between the Busty Bruisers and the "Big and heavy fists" was a violent one. Tension was high between the two teams, causing riots twice, wreaking havoc on both teams.

The Bruisers managed to score in the first time, but at the cost of a player. The apothecary managed to heal her broken ankle, but she'll miss the next match.
In the second half, the Fists made a very sneaky touchdown, throwing a snotling behind the Bruisers defense. He dodged the rushing defenders and scored ! The Bruisers played hard ball, resulting in a death among the Fists. Two ogres volunteered to have his remains for breakfast. Driven by this casualty, the bruisers pushed and scored a second touchdown. The third ogre seized opportunity and left the field, devouring the fallen teammate. He returned just as the last minutes of the game passed.

End score : 2-1
I just played 0-0 draw with Pogo.

I felt it was kind of ugly match on myside with all those red skulls and i think i failed like all the 8 rerolls i did during the match - but it was fun.

Pogo maimed one of my linemen in the first turn - but luckily he was just replacement. Bit later he killed another lineman from me...but apo to rescue - the man lived to tell his tale. One of Pogos rotters wasnt so lucky though - so we did get one kill in the match after all :)

Other than that not too many casulties - lots of ko's and Pogo's Beast of Nurgle prooved dumb as brick - i think it failed the really stupid -test on all but like three turns.. Nuffle's mercy for me - i couldnt handle his three str4 warriors in the way id liked to. Well, luckilly in the next match i get my second wulffie back into business.

I have upped our + Ghiro's and Moggrym's matches to the google drive on the first post.

Ki11s0n3: So GoG has a league, is this game any good?
UI sucks, Cyanide cant code xxxxx - but yes, the rocks like no other game. The hilarity when the dice hate you "at the right time" is undescribable: Like Michal's blitzer managing to pick up against all chances just before the end of the half...and then running himself literally to death on the goal line.

BB has some true emotions in it :)

WBGhiro: This game also features a snotling inflicting a casualty. They said it wasn't possible, but nothing's impossible for a snotling team.
I played the single player with ogres for some three matches - one was against vampires, where i killed a vampire which would have score the next turn by blitzing him with snotling + three snottling assists.

Those snotlings are really like floating assists - incredible handy.

The first half was very fast, we both had good chances. Here I'm very sorry for Michal's blitzer that he didn't score and broke his neck on the tochdown line.

The second half was more brutal. No touchdowns were made, the ball changed sides often. My wife said it looked alot like a tennis game.

Overall the game was very exciting for me, replay can be found here: http://wikisend.com/download/296846/Weekly_R2_Michal-NoHiT.db

Ive been thinking about my norse team after every match - and i think that the norse guides are not very correct. The plasmid one was decent, but still i think that all the guides are written with the "glass-cannon" mentality.

Sure Norse ARE glass - but there's hardly cannon even in well developed team - i mean S-access for only 5 players, who need crapload of other skills than Mighty Blow - which is the only skill that makes you able to injury more easily (claws mutation discounted).

The berserkers -could- have some cannon ability after the first level if you take piling on for rerolling those armor and injury rolls ...but you can hardly build a team around those two right?

I am thinking more and more that i should have ditched those berserkers in the beginning and take one lineman and the troll instead of str. After that start buying like two or three linemen. I feel that the norse linemen are what really define the team - glass, but with block, decent price and average stats. Have a deep bench of them and you could have line up full of pretty useful linemen that wont be thrown around all that easily, but could still be used to things like fouling - which might not be so attracting with teams that have higher costing players.

Well, we will see how these dudes progress with time, but i seriously think they shouldnt be advertised as "cannon" team as thats not what they are - especially not in the long run where most of the other players will have block anyway.

I basically consider norse to be a more bash oriented human team, the teams they cannot fight they can usually still outplay to a certain degree. I also wouldn't really cassify them as glass, at least not early on, block will make sure you won't make as much armour rolls, even on teams with a strenght advantage.

I was actually i was counting the statistics and its better to block with str3 norse lineman a stronger str4 player without block. Its about 1/3 that one or both dice turnout red skulls - and even better odds with reroll.

Well, didnt work out for in me in the last game. Ive been in the revere role with chaos against dwarf in the other small&slow league i am playing with friends - and it was the reverse :)

--anways, i dont believe norse can properly utilize the block advantage unless they get alot more players on the bench. av7 means you cant really lose player to fouling and you cant get too physical with those real basher teams - because your lower av will break sooner. ....and this is actually more pronounced as the bashy teams start picking up block AND mightyblow.

so i think norse are kind of "tricky bashers", fun team yes - but its not as easy to manage as one might think.

The match between the Chaos MooMooCows and the Khorne worshipping Khorne Konstellation shall commence momentarily! Watch it here at twitch.tv/crowtaur!!

LETS BLOOD BOOOOWL
Got beaten 2-0 by Hawkster.

A bit of a violent game Chaos vs Chaos Dwarves.
Blackrock Berserkers 2 - Red Spiky Team 0

Very violent match pitting Chaos vs. C. Dwarves. Tons of injuries, with Chaos doing a number on my Dwarves and hobgoblins. In the end, it only being Dodogeo's second game (ever!) and my Bull Centaurs pulled me through with Smokeybull getting 52 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

It seems as if the great Khorne chose the mighty MooMooCows as his favourite disciples after an exhilerating and brutal 1-0 for the chaos bovines defeating the formidable and well coached Khorne Konstellation.

With formidable play and the zealous frenzy of his Pit Fighter's the Khorne coach quickly pushed into the enemy halfafter having been assigned the kicking team following a lost coin toss. Yet the first punch was dealt by one of the Cow's Chaos Warriors and what mighty, skullfracturing punch that was, sending the defening player into the insured box straight away.

Unfaced however the Khorne Konstellation masterfully positioned itself in a way that made it very tough for the Cows to move out of their own half. It also seemed as if Tzeentch the god of magic and deciet had his claws in this game as well, provoking many random trips and rolls of 1 on the die. This almost lead to a touchdown of the Khorne followers as the spiky pig skin came to rest only inches away from the touchdown line with a huge Khorne demon next to it, ready to pick it up. Fortunately however his rather animalistic nature prevented him from listening to his coach and refusing to play the game...even if you kill the entire enemy team you still have to throw those touchdowns!

With sweaty foreheads and shaking hands, the Cows saved themselves into the half time with no touchdowns on either side!

At least for those that managed to stand firm against the violent attacks dealt by the Konstellation, as 3 unlucky beastmen were still knocked out from the first frantic half and not even the strongest smelling cheeses or smelling salts were able to snap them out of this state.

The second half started to look a lot like the first one with a high ball being kicked into the back half of the Konstellation's side of the field. However a few unlucky pick up events and some incredibly flexible and swift hooves helped a few beastmen to reach far into their enemie's territory and manage to even steal the ball right before the shocked eyes of two Pit fighters and get away with it!
Afterwards a wild brawl for the ball began to emerge, with neither side seeming to be able to until a heavy Chaos Warrior bruisor knocked out the Khorne ballcarrier, and cleared the way for one Beastman to take the pigskin and deliver it right into the touchdown zone without any hesitation!

But retribution was quick at hand as a failed kickoff attempt, put hte ball back into the hands of a mighty Bloodletter that darted off straight down into the Cow's half while the coach masterfully directed his team to form a safe zone around the ballcarrier, ready to trip up any and all that dared to intercept this attempt at an equalizer.

But the mighty Bloodgod Khorne seemed to have grown a liking to the steadfast, valiant and brutal Cows as he took the dice and threw them just perfectly for the MooMooCows to break through the Konstellation's defenese and surround the Bloodletter!

Unfaced he stared one of hte beastmen deep into the eyes, before rushing straight into the muscular frame, pushing it aside and ready to run the few missing yards that were still seperating him and most importantly the ball from the touchdown line.

Some say, it was a nail one malicious Cows fan must have placed there beforehand, the manifolded, convoluded and devious magic of Tzeentch himself or just plain old bad luck, but as the Bloodletter was about to cross the line and place the ball on the ground he slipped up horribly, falling on his head, suffering a concussion and dropping the ball where he stood, unable to score the touchdown!

The fans on both sides of the stadium where enraged, ecstatic and shocked seeing this happen and it didn't take long for the ref to draw his whistle and declare the match over!

Bloodbowl for the Bloodbowl God! Touchdowns for the Touchdown Throne!!

Exciting matches yesterday - i spectated them all for a bit. Luckily there werent any more disconnections or that kind of stuff.

-----

I put the rules stuff mentioned a bit earlier on the first post. I changed the "opponent no-show" from 0-2, to 0-1 as it counts as "autowin" -> double mvp + prize money for the winner - nothing at all for loser. Id like to edit this, but like mentioned earlier, its just not possible.

Please leave your thoughts whether they are ok or "not-so-ok".

But now i am off to work >>
The Blood Bowl match of Morb's Goblins against my Underworld team will start in a few minutes.

If you want to see a match with the maximum amount of goblins our league currently has to offer, go and spectate!
The match ended 3-0 for the Underworld team.

It was a great match - amazing dodges, a flying goblin, a double triple skull, a goblin blocking a troll and much much more.

Morb will upload the game later. (Thanks for that!)

As all matches of Day 2 have already been played, we switched to Day 3 right away, thus giving you an extra day for your Day 3 matches!
