Bah. I really wish they would consider the ramifications if they change stuff like this. That makes one of the two DE starplayers into nothing more than an overpriced regular assassin. I could have found a better use for those additional 120k.

And the overpriced pansy then hogged the MVP after failing at two opportunities to prevent a TD by botching a simple 3+ dodge (with re-roll) :P.

(If the DL doesn't work, give me a call and I try again. :))

What a game... I thought I would need lots of damn fine apothecaries. So I took 3 of them. Luckily I just needed 2.

Summary:
Lots of blood. But no deaths. Some fail-decisions on my side. Can't speak for Moggrym.

Turned out, I have lots of Player who just love to lie on the ground. The same goes for the bloody StarPlayer. The dump Ogre was just standing in the way most of the time.

From my point of view it was a pretty good practise game for Moggryms Zones besides some Wizzard-Action.

At least I got a Lvl2-Blitzer. Sadly I didn't chose the best follow-up Skill for him. But that's life and I'm looking forward to the next game. :D

(PS: Hopefully my English wasn't that bad and you (native speakers) can make some sense out of it. Sry for that! ^^")

mortr3k and my game is about to begin!

(If you need a new link, hit me up, I got it covered.)

The Armored Seagulls emerged victorious in a 3-0 game.

Summation:
The big heart-stopper on this end was the potential of an ST2 Blitzer becoming a reality. Thankfully, an apothecary made sure that didn't happen.

We had some good dice rolls on our side today and we were able to get lucky on more than one occasion, but overall, the team played fairly well out there. There wasn't any major casualties on either side, so both teams remain intact for their next games. Additionally, one of our linemen managed to level up, but we'll see what he skills up to get a little later on. :)

I'm happy to say that already half of the Day 1 matches have been played and we still have a whole week left for the rest! :-D
And I will be playing Dodogeo at some point in the next few minutes...

Dodo got the better of the fight, with my apothecary needing to do some work to prevent a mng on a saurus.
His fireball badly hurt 2 skinks.
The only player I managed to hurt was his minotaur.

But with the ball it was a completely different story.

Final score 5-0 to me.
And the real result is that, surprisingly, I still have a full team to meet Werecrow next week!

That sounds awesome, also sounds like we're gonna get some extra time for those next games, then?

I admit I'm wanting to play my next game. Have been for a while. Patience is certainly not my virtue...

Yeah, the down side to playing early.
Longer to wait for the next game.....

It would certainly be nice since the 4th of July happens to be my family's big party that we throw every year. If I can get my game in before that, it would be pretty nice to worry about it after the 4th, usually takes a few days to get everything back in order around these parts after it.

If everybody finishes their matches early we'll switch to the next match day right away, adding those days that are left to the next match day.

But I wouldn't get your hopes up too much. Many people will want to play on the weekend. So you'll have to be a bit more patient. Or you could just try to get some matches in the GoG Open League. :_)

The skill I quoted was straight from the GW rulebook.
As "unique" as they can be, I don't think we can blame Cyanide for this one...
