Like a boss.

Hollow Knight, the charmingly morbid Metroidvania about a bug's life and many deaths, just received another free update called Lifeblood.

It is crawling with bug fixes, optimizations, and welcome tweaks, while also adding a brand new boss (which comes with its own kick-ass music track!), custom map markers, and additional sound effects and voices, among other things.

Oh yes, he is really a hard boss (even though he's optional). Did not beat him yet.

For anyone who has been waiting for the game to be content complete before purchasing or playing it, Hollow Knight is getting its final free update this Monday.

EDIT: Mistook the month. It's coming out the 23rd of August.
