Tech support had the gall to request screen shots!!! I keep telling them that I've forgotten my multi play password. When I try to create a new Multi Play account, a message says the Serial Key has exceeded maximum use. What th... now GOG games use serial keys?

Can you blame them ? you come back time and time again ranting about the same game and issues related to it without actually telling us what exactly those issues are or even remotely clarify your situation, In fact you are not making any sense at all and like others have pointed out to you before your issues are not related to GOG it seems.

I can now only assume you are trolling unless you specify your issues and a screenshot would tell far more than your writing does. Also wouldn't a multi play account be handled by TopWare itself now since i heard Reality Pump went under because 3rd party accounts for multiplay is NOT under GOG's control.

Your account has 0 games on it. So how can you have a problem with one of GOG's games?

Time and time again I've stated that all my games are gifts from my younger brother. I actually do pay for the games. My brother orders them with his account, then I reimburse him, then I use his account to download the games.

1. That's not how gifting works. GOG has a gift system but if your brother had used it then the games would be on your account. What your brother has done is buy the games for himself and then given you access to his account.

2. You need to contact support with the account that owns the games. Your brother owns the games, not you. Log in to his account or get him to submit the support request.

That's actually against TOS and can get both accounts banned.

Try to get support from the account you bought the games, being your younger brother, your best friend or who knows, a complete stranger on the internet. Providing screen shots is not that hard.
Blocking access to a game by a serial key, should be a big no-no but you should resolve the situation with GOG support itself.

is there any chance that you are playing multiplayer with your brother and you both try to use the same key at the same time? That won't work and you have to buy another copy of the game instead.

Many times here people on GD(and staff as well iirc) have said it's ok for family to share games in the same household.

In this situation they are not sharing, he clearly states he pays for the use of the game. Also we don't know they are living in the same household. Plus like most people have said this is more than likely a troll.
