This is a title i played in my teens i guess, and i guess in a way it has many similarities with the x-com titles of today
it was mission based against an alien invader i belief, there where psi forces involved, you had operatives that could use psi forces too or could be trained to use those abilities
the game used a handdrawn 2d background with no ability to scroll around with a camera
i belief the developer was French or maybe Canadian
I'm not sure anymore if the in between missions was very extensive, i do not think you could add to a base or something nor do i remember a worldmap from where you can choose your missions. If i'm not wrong it was a linear campaign
Does this ring any bells?
( btw with teens i mean the period 93 - 2000 but i could be wrong here )
