The song revolves around a local holiday of old - here's
some context. In local mythology/folklore, on that particular night the "forest fairies" or sanziene come out to play and people are rumored to be able to find their true love, the one they are designed for. The song argues that perhaps not all of these fairies are good natured and may lead people astray as well if not pacified by the calmness and beauty of nature.
