ikrananka: Yeah, I believe that the developer's said somewhere that Lemmings was one of their influences for the game.
avatar
almabrds: It served as influence, but it's certainly not a clone.
This is what appeals to me about the game.

gamesfreak64: Seeing many more new games appearing i gave up hope for old classics (which i have but are steam with drm) to arrive in the near future.
avatar
gr4phic: The problem with old classic are license related. I don't say, we won't see older games (from the 90's or never), but it is and will be more and more problematic, to get the rights or license to sell here (or even on Steam).

It is enough if you look at the games, that has gone from the GOG library:
https://www.gogwiki.com/wiki/List_of_games_removed_from_GOG

Yes, some have returned, but most not.
thanks for the reply.

So i guess because of those licences/royalties those old good games have, the number of available good games might decrease overtime instead of increase ?

So we will be gettin more new games usually of lower quality compare d to the classic we used to buy, but the "good thing" is they can arrive by the thousands.

Well if it's all about big licences, why not add a big casualgames division here at GoG? every website sells casual games, tons of them, ofcourse you cant expect to have the gamers pay 15 bucks for a casual, these are retail 4 or 5 bucks, often you get buy 3 games get cheapest game free (DRM free on cd/dvd).
So the digital games can only coste1 or 2 euros/dollars :D

Steam might have alot of fun and laughs i guess if and when time comes all old games will be gone, they will have a field day.

Crosmando: Goddamn GOG what are all these terrible games you're releasing all of a sudden
you noticed aswell ? i fear gog wont be gog as we know it in a few years....
I have a gamersgate and steama ccount for fun and small casual games, the good thing was i could alway login a real good site with real good games, GOG.

i read the list of games gone and some returned, thats not looking good, i guess in 5 years (give or take a few)
gog will be totally out og good old games, real games that is, i fear we will have steam quality games.

Its quite sad to read this and see lots of new games arrive of which most dont look half as good as the real old classic games we have /had.

Anyway, i will be very sad.......... my wallet will become obese overtime i fear, i mean fattening up , not able to release some cash to get good old or good new old games.

Seems silly games are the future, so i searched for some weird games and i found this one:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/406850/
so i added my first game to the wishlist:

https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/crush_your_enemies

click on the website for more info about the game.

Maybe this game fits alongside : Sime Rancher, Zombie Night Terror, Paper Planes and more 'different' games.

Havent completed the demo yet (once installed the demo plays without steam client)
performance might be an issue if you have a old machine like me

check usage

temps are normally at 39 tot 42 celsius so things get hot pretty fast, but the code can be optmised i guess cause guild of dungeonering now runs at 60 fps after the latest patch and cpu/gpu usage is lower.

Well... I'll have to wait and see the reviews. I'm fed up with zombies, I loved Lemmings but guiding little helpless creatures was charming and I have a feeling that the same cannot be said about zombies. But hey, maybe... we will see!
So, will the level editor be inclued in the GoG version - or is it another Steam only thing?
