Crime for some fun.

Mafia II and Mafia III are now available, DRM-Free on GOG.com. Each of the three Mafia games is 50% off individually or 66% off if you purchase them all together (the Family special, if you will). Offer lasts until April 05, 6pm UTC.

Mafia II tells the highly cinematic story of Vito and Joe, two Empire Bay friends in the 50s, who start out thick as thieves. Also extortionists. Sometimes assassins. All around wise guys. As their status inside the family grows, so will their troubles, requiring them to shoot, race, punch, or simply outlast everything the criminal life throws at them.

Mafia III introduces Lincoln, a hardened Vietnam veteran who thinks he's earned himself a fresh start, away from his criminal past. But life has other plans and those include betrayal, fierce gunfights, and brutal action, as he's forced to carve himself a path to the top of organized crime through the sweaty, treacherous swamplands of New Bordeaux.
Boost his firepower and expand upon his dramatic story with the DLC packs Sign of the Times, Stones Unturned, Faster, Baby!, and Family Kick Back Pack.
Or simply go for the Deluxe Edition, which includes the whole lot of them.

OK, i bought it and compared to the Steam version. Looks like about 14 licensed music tracks are missing, zeroed out.
Also the credits music has been modified.

Also strangely some of the speech is different from the Steam version....
Only good mafioso is the dead one.

Since Saints Row and Mafia are both here already, how about GTA as well? Any other similar games?

Nice with more games released here to remind me that I need a new processor.

This comes as a surprise, really liked the story in Mafia II. Bought! :)
Awesome! Keep them coming! :)
Well, it's nice to see a bigger title coming here. Mafia 1 was on, I played it only recently so it felt very old. 2 however was really good, extraordinary graphics for the time and good even today. 3 I have t heard anything about. I think the main point here however is the price. Once again they are being sold for premium new title prices, £36 with 50% discount. That should really be the starting price then a 50% discount, so once again no sale for me, just not willing to pay that for games I already own (other than 3)
Very nice :) keep them coming

Wow! Mafia 3? Cool.

Not gonna get those because I have the 2 and 3 on Steam but I'd gladly complete the trilogy if I can get a Connect on those. :)

Nice move, 2K! Keep it on! ;)

Nice but:
- are the soundtracks ok or removed\changed?
- which game is better? I recall that Mafia 2 was the more famous game, but some people think that M1>M2>M3, expecially for story.

MadalinStroe: EDIT: I just realized that this makes the Humble Monthly Bundle, which contains Mafia 3, even less desirable to anybody using GOG.
Less desirable how? It's half the price on Monthly and you get deus ex and three or four more games.

Maybe it's just me then, but if a game is available DRM-Free, preferably on GOG, then the STEAM equivalent plummets in value. Again this is my opinion, and there are several others here on the forum who share this view.

If the games have achievements in steam, xbox or playstation, why have not they added the achievements to the gog version?
Really cool GOG could get such modern games from a big publisher. I own them on Steam but will "upgrade" to GOG in some future sale.
Bought 2 and 3 here DRM free is better than saving a few pounds.
Nice, keep'em coming 2K.
