Hello!
I'm a teacher and I'm starting a retro game club at my school. Does anyone have some suggestions or ideas for games to introduce to my students?
I teach fifth grade (10 &11 year-olds). I will be focusing on 8 and 16 bit systems so any game suggestions from that era are appreciated. There will be also a competitive component to the club so I'm also looking for 2 player versus games or games where scores can be used to determine a "winner".
I'm using console games as I can't install anything to school computers. (I'm using batocera/retropie on a USB stick)
Thanks for any help you can give a teacher looking to inject some fun into what's otherwise a shitty start to the school year due to the pandemic.
Cheers!
