Breja: I'm not sure what you mean. Which show are you not looking up and why?

Darvond: I had something resembling a vague collection of interest towards Disenchantment, but given you called it unfunny, that was confirming the suspicions I'd had towards it, I've piped my interest over to /dev/null/.
Yeah, it's a weak, weak show. Even a friend of mine who is (or at least was at one point) a huge Simpsons fan gave up on it eventually. It feels really forced and joyless, like they had no real ideas for it, just took a fat paycheck from Netflix so they had to make something. Unlike Futurama it seems to have no passion for the genre it's parodying, and unlike Simpsons (at least back in the day) it has nothing to say about... anything really. Honestly, one of the emptiest feeling comedy shows I've seen in a while.

Masters of the Universe... meh. I lived through the live action movie and don't need another nostalgia cartoon...

Disenchantment... disenchanting.

The Barbarian and the Troll!?!?!?! I'm all in!

Darvond: Are you upset over Catra and She-Ra being a canon couple?
I'm 'upset' about the awful character designs, sloppy, amateur lineart and ugly pastel colour palette. It's all far too "Cal-Arts".

While it did have a really inconsistent, glacially paced start, I thought Disenchantment really improved half-way through the first season, with some decent episodes late into it, particularly Steamland. Though I haven't seen season 2 yet, so I don't know if it's driven off a plot cliff again or not...
