Knights of the Old Republic (PC). Another game that I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed it. This is the first time I've played it on PC, and despite having a little trouble getting it to start (I had to disable the movies, which is sad), I'm having a blast. There's something about the PC interface that makes the game just that much more awesome. Also, this is the first time I've played the game with the combat difficult set at Normal. I usually play on Easy or start on Normal, and then switch to Easy while I am still on Taris.

Tell me I don't appreciate variety! :P
Plants vs Zombies GOTY
King's Bounty The Legend
After having spend an awful lot of time in Neverwinter Nights 2, I just started Carrier Command, that I got during the latest steam sale. At the same time I also have an ongoing game of Crusader Kings 2
Salvation Prophecy, quite pleasant surprise and about to start Analogue - A Hate Story sometime soon.
Etherlords 2.
Damn, Baldur's Gate: ToSC difficulty level really took a sharp rise on the "werewolf/wolfwere" island, the shipwreck.

After several retries I was able to clear the first three levels of the shipwreck from the "wolfweres", but the fourth one where the boss of theirs is still feels a bit out of my league. So I went back outside to try to level up with random encounters (sleeping until more werewolves arrive, as killing them gives quite high amounts of experience), but even they kick my ass 9 times out of 10. I hate these encounters where you are thrown in the middle of the enemies, the ultrafast werewolves home in to your weak magic users in no time and kill them with one or two critical blows. Sometimes it doesn't take longer than that for them to kill my melee tanks either.

Yeah I got the point that only magic weapons can hurt the werewolves; does this include any weapon with some kind of +1 modifier? Or do they always have to be some specially named ultraweapons with elemental damage etc? I seem to be able to make respectable amount of damage to them, especially with spells, but the problem is that whenever they are able to land a successful blow to me, they make massive amounts of damage, even if I have cast every defensive spell I can think of beforehand.

One thing I don't like about BG is that levelling up seems to happen quite rarely at this point, and when it does, it doesn't really seem to make my characters much more powerful. The fights seem about as hard as before. Was this one of those games where the enemies scale with your level, ie. levelling up does not necessarily make the encounters easier?

Another thing is that the three primary magic users I have (1x cleric and 2x wizard/sorcerer types), 90% of their spells seem pretty useless to me, so I use only like 10% of the spells ever. Maybe I don't really understand the purpose of many spells fully, even after reading their short descriptions.

I dunno, maybe I should try to finish the Durlag's Tower before the Shipwreck? I was unsure which area should be performed first, or does it matter. I chose to take care of the Werewolves' Island/Shipwreck and the Ice Dungeon as they appear to be much smaller than Durlag's Tower.

Mario Kart (NDS) + Professor Layton & the Curious Village (NDS)
The fun game of 'Move four/five years worth of files off your hard-drive to format & reinstall Windows"... Actually, I'm a good chunk through that and closing in on the finish.

As a reward (For doing something I started more than two years ago), I'm going to allow myself to start playing open ended games or long RPG's. I stopped playing those as I keep a list of all my games I've completed each year, and this year I had two games on it at the beginning of July, and worked through some of the short (And modern) games in my ever increasing (200+) backlog.
M & M 8: Day of the Destroyer
this is probalby going to take a loooong time to complete...
I played some Cafe 0 on my Nexus 7. I will probably play it until I get to an ending (which shouldn't take too long), but I'm not sure I will replay it to try to get to a good ending.
