Ah yeah, CDPR should've never released for those two platforms then: sounds like it was done more as way to sell copies rather than listening to coders say, "yo, that's a mad idea, never going to be running well there." :D
Considering you now need like a RTX4080 to run the RT version, PS4 was maybe a weeee bit over-optimistic as a platform :D
It's why I am waiting for a sale (and a card that runs the game) into the future, maybe in a couple of years.
But it doesn't change the fact that the game is quite amazing looking and not-more-than-average-3D-game-buggy, now, on pc.
