PayPal charges the merchant a processing fee of a procentage of the purchase price + $0.30 for every transaction.
In essence you are costing them $0.29 when you buy for $0.01 .
Classy.
Just as classy as offering the soundtrack on HB but not GOG.

I have no qualms paying $0.01 for the soundtrack on HB if I already purchased the game on GOG. If that's a problem for the HB folks, then they should set an appropriate minimum that covers their third party processing fees.
