Even though we may have gotten off on the wrong foot Licurg, I appreciate your generosity in the community and I doubt the community would be the same without you. I would love to be considered a candidate for this, if you allow it.

Edit: Well, whatever then.. I got the game gifted to me so I guess forget it.. Although I wish you would have responded Licurg.. I tried.

I'm in. The game sort of looks like Oregon Trail in a medieval setting. Is that a accurate assumption?

I miss Oregon Trail... I loved that game as a child.. ='(

Licurg: Since I bought it here on GOG, it became the third-most played game in my life, after HOMM 3 and Eador: Genesis respectively.
Aha! The truth comes out! I see no mention of that utterly obscure game that I'm sure nobody here has heard of called Sacrifice. : P (I assume you've played WOG with H3?)

Well, I'm not flat broke but I am poor. I haven't bought anything from this summer sale and don't know yet if I will. Money's tight (being unemployed) and making sure I'm not evicted or hungry is a higher priority. I've noticed that DP is only a buck fity, and I remember you giving it high praise in another thread, so I've been considering it. I'm in if you'll let me, and I'll be watching this thread to see if others can convince me that I should buy it.

Meanwhile I'm looking for another beeer to keep this buzz going.
Just bought it. Looks promising. Well i will see.
+1
When I saw the awesome promo, I gave in to temptation and asked for it in the Gifting thread (it was in my wishlist since it arrived to GOG, as I love titles with choices & consequences).

Thanks to our fine fellow, lukslo (thanks again, mate!), I've got the chance to finally play it. :)

So, not in, but thanks and +1 for your generosity, Licurg!

then I'll throw my name in the Hat
I'll consider buying it if I don't win (which is likely that I won't), consider me in. Per wikipedia it cost 500k to make and only sold 8k copies? Seems odd if it's as good as you say, but I'll take your word on it. :)
With the recent sale, there seems to be plenty of chatter about this game. Never heard of it but willing to give it a spin.

Count me in or "whatever".
I've wishlisted this game since the day it's added to the catalogue. Now it's just 1.5 buck and not in a bundle but I have no cash right now. The genre is my favorite. Please sign me up. Thanks, Licurg and the good donors!

I bought the game and personally didn't care for it, but for this price it's worth it just to see the beautiful hand drawn graphics and experience the unusual gameplay - so I agree with OP that everyone really should give it a try.

Why would the number of copies sold say something about the quality ? Call of Duty sold more copies than almost any other PC franchise, and it's a piece of shit :/
