I thought I'd tip our community about the official website of Command & Conquer now offering FREE downloads of some of the the classic C&C titles.
Titles included are:
- C&C: Tiberian Sun + Firestorm
- C&C: Tiberian Dawn
- C&C: Red Alert

anyone know where these are avaiable now, EA have taken down the link and im way too lazy to go upstairs and dig out my C&C:TFD box set tonight.

my google ninja skills are only showing slightly dodgy websites to d/l these from.


any community releases with all patches etc available?
but i would prefer somewhere safe and download my own patches if this is the trade to a safe download.

Gamer's Hell is trustworthy as far as I know, and has at least Tiberian Sun+Firestorm and C&C Gold (GDI disc, NOD disc) available.

I already have this but I'm voting for it because the disc version can be a big pain and the 10 million patches you need just to fix the silliest things would make this a boon for GOG.

Actually, a few YEARS late. EA did this a few years ago before the release of C&C 4 if memory serves me correctly. With all the "Ultimate Edition" packs they've been doing the old download links were taken down. Only community sites had them.
